Q1: Where is The Hillcrest located?
A1: The Hillcrest is conveniently located on a beautifully landscaped site about 50 miles north of Denver, nestled at the base of the foothills of Colorado’s Front Range. If traveling from Denver, take I-25 north until you reach exit 257B and head West toward Loveland on Highway 34. Continue West on Highway 34 for five miles until you reach the Southern tip of Lake Loveland. Take a left and head South on Colorado Avenue until you reach Sixth Street. Take a right and head West on Sixth Street until you reach The Hillcrest. Please contact us if you need further assistance.
Q2: The Hillcrest currently offers Independent Living. When will you be opening up the Assisted Living and Secured Memory Care?

Q3: What sort of apartments and amenities are available?
A3: The Hillcrest apartments feature one and two bedroom apartment homes with full granite countertop kitchens, stainless steel appliances, individually controlled heating and cooling, and generous closet & storage space. Included is 24 hour emergency call system.
All residents will have access to the entire community common areas as well as planned activities and complimentary chauffeured shuttle bus service for doctor’s appointments. The Hillcrest offers numerous amenities including: bi-weekly housekeeping, complimentary breakfast and noon meals Monday - Sunday (We have extended our meals to 7 days a week), library, spa & wellness center, computer center, activity and recreation rooms, fitness center and basic cable TV.
Q4: What if my health changes and I need personal assistance?
A4: The Hillcrest of Loveland can respond to your changing needs and adapt to your lifestyle. As a resident you will experience the added peace of mind that comes from being part of our community.
Q6: What are The Hillcrest’s terms and financial agreements?
A6: The Hillcrest offers the convenience of month-to-month rent to all residents. Please call 970.593.9800 for a complete presentation of The Hillcrest’s services, amenities, apartments and rates.
Q7: Sounds great! What is the next step?
A7: Simply stop by our community at 535 North Douglas Avenue in Loveland for a presentation of the community and available apartment homes, select your apartment and make a fully refundable deposit. If for any reason you do not move into The Hillcrest, your deposit will be promptly and fully refunded.
